I Thought I Had it Made Until This Guy Humbled Me!!!

I thought I had it made - I've acquired over $100 MILLION worth of investment properties. I did that in a span of 20 years. The 1,000 apartment units that me and my partner Nate have in our portfolio gives us a six figure "passive" income.

Then I met this guy...

He acquired over $1 BILLION worth of investment properties in just 10 years.

His passive income is at least 10 X of the passive income of me and my partner.

Can you imagine that: he makes over $1 MILLION a MONTH!

I asked him how he did it.

He revealed to me his secret.

Are you ready for this?

He did not start with single family homes like most of you here on BP....

He did not start with apartment buildings...

His specialty is HOTEL INVESTING.

Meeting him and other hotel investors convinced me that there's something into this.

There seems to be MORE billionaire real estate investors with hotels than single family homes (Warren Buffett made his billions before he bought hundreds of thousands of homes) and most likely, there are more billionaire hotel investors than apartment investors.

Meeting him and other successful hotel investors convinced me to look into hotel investing.

And that's one of the best decisions I made in my life.

My first hotel deal nets me MORE tax-free income than my best apartment building.

And I don't do anything.

I can't believe it. It's not as stressful as my apartment buildings.

I don't get phone calls asking me for any decisions.

My hotel is professionally managed by people who are way smarter than me. I graduated electrical engineering but believe me when I say this: my hotel is managed by people who are way smarter than me!

So I don't do anything.

That my friends is Truly Passive Income!

Apartments are semi-passive and the money is good. I make more money in a month than an average American makes in a year.

But, hotels...done right is passive and the money is GREAT.

No...let me correct that...the money is OVERFLOWING.

But you got to do it right.

Fortunately, I met the right people who helped me transition into hotel investing.

The truth is, I've spent over $100,000 on costly mistakes trying to break into hotel investing before I met the right people.

You don't have to make the same mistakes. I will introduce you to the right people so you too can invest successfully into hotels.

And of course, I want to share with you what I've learned.

I am putting together a 1-hour webinar about hotel investing on December 11, 12 NN eastern time.

Here's the link for you to register:

https://NassauInvests.com/hotel-webinar

In the webinar, I will talk about...

1. Why hotel investing is a BILLIONAIRE-maker

2. Why and how does a hotel produces TRULY PASSIVE INCOME

3. What are the three numbers you need to look so you can quickly decide whether a hotel deal is a good one or a bad one

4. Does hotel investing make sense even with this impending recession?

and many more.

So, talk to you soon!
