After announcing that after 6 months of hard work in systems development was completed, I am proud to announce the following.
The systems have been created and tested, to locate Mobile Home Parks, statewide.
From the panhandle to the gulf, from El Paso to Texarkana. If there is a park, my system will find it and make every attempt to get it bought.
The initial test run, provided over 300 parks. I am already in negotiation for a park in East Tx, as a result.
As with our ability to get owner financing on single family homes, we are able to produce the same for MHP. Very favorable terms for the buyer! No points! No junk fees!
All buyers will be vetted! Sorry, but I do not do JV deals or allow chains to form.
