Welcome to Louisville! It's a growing city with a ton of investmnet potential moving forward. As far as getting connected with top property mangers, lenders, contractors etc., there's no better place than attending the monthly KRIEA meetings. Their meetings are held the last Thrusday of each month from 6:00 - 9:00 pm and it's one, if not the largest real estate investor organization in the city. Along with that, we also host a real estate investor meet up the last Wednesday of every month at The Manhattan Project restaurant on Frankfort Ave. from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. As part of the meeting, we host a speaker who discusses some topic related to real estate investment and we've had a solid showing of real estate investors, contractors and lenders.
