Hello,

I'm a wholesaler with hundreds of strong leads in Grade A neighborhoods of Cuyahoga County (Cleveland area). I abide by the extremely useful list which is available here on Biggerpockets and was built by @James Wise, and I am about to launch a large mailing and door knock (even in the cold weather) campaign. All my leads are on distressed homes with over 50k equity (the equity number is derived from the county market value minus the default amount and minus any additional liens attached to the property). I've built a power system of locating pre-foreclosures. I am confident that with in the next few weeks, I will have some beautiful deals to offer.
