Hey BP,

I am looking for a hard money lender. I have been to several meet ups. I have met many people, but no one who can help me. I am looking for a possible live in multi family. I have been keeping an eye one a few possible deals, I just need the proper funding alone with the proper. lets go for coffee/tea,
