Looking for Wholesalers: Trying to keep my pipeline full

I have been flipping houses for a couple years now in North Carolina and I am looking to increase my volume this year as well as branch out into other markets.

I am looking for seasoned wholesalers who know their markets, have accurate ARVs and Reno Estimates and understands what an investor is looking for. Yes, I realize that I just asked for a unicorn and chances are I will get a bunch of donkeys with party hats instead . . . .

Currently I am actively investing in and looking to invest in the following markets: Jacksonville NC and Wilmington NC (and surrounding areas), Fayetteville NC and Raleigh NC (and surrounding areas).

I am looking for properties/markets where I can flip houses and buy and hold using the BRRRR strategy, so I am open to any suggestions for markets that are up and coming or holding strong for these types of investments.

I am also open to partnerships if the deal makes sense.
