    Link doesn't work for me either. Just curious, Chris, can you provide rent roll to back up these #'s?

     there are no numbers to back it up, he is just doing what most do... he is hunting for newbies, or he is one himself. Just ran the comps for fun and he is about 80-90k k over, in a hot market... so in about 3-6 months this place is going to be around 360k.
