Looking for an apartment building partner

Hello,

My wife and I are looking for an experienced partner to help us with our current apartment building.  It is currently a 6 unit building and we are working on a 7th.  We are seeking someone with knowledge of multi family investing to become a partner in the building and help build value as well as cash flow.  We are looking for someone who currently owns apartments and has had experience with increasing value either buy increased rents, cost reduction, or both.  Basically we want a partner who can help us navigate this investment to produce increased future returns.  What we are offering if we can find a good fit is a percentage of ownership so we all benefit from the deal.  We are not set on a percentage yet but will be willing to negotiate based upon the skills and potential increase in value a potential partner may bring.   Thank you to anyone who is interested and we look forward to speaking all potential partners.  Thanks!
