Multifamily Financing in Chicago

I am looking for recommendations in regards to Multifamily financing. The building is a 6 unit, bank owned and vacant. The acquisition price is 170k with 30k of rehab (mostly cosmetic). 

Please let me know if you anyone knows a good reliable lender that is a good fit that isn't going to charge an arm and a leg. Thanks and good luck.
