Need advice on selling Patterson Park House

I am trying to sell a renovated house in Patterson Park close to Johns Hopkins Hospital.  House has been on the market 77 days and no offers.  I have reduced the price multiple times.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Here is the listing. Thanks.
