Hello all,

I am looking for aninvestor to work with on a deal I have in Exeter New Hampshire. It is a straight up buy and hold. I need to come up with 20% down (between me and future investor). The ROI is 10.8% and monthly cash flow of $490. Take a look at the BP calculation. Please let me know if you have questions.
