SEEKING PRIVATE FUNDING/ LOAN

Hello

I have a SFR under contract in Northeast Ohio. I can purchase with hard money loan- however, I would prefer to do the deal with a private money lender. I have done deals and can provide numbers. I am looking to build long term relationships and provide a lot of value in the process. I look forward to hearing from you.
