Funding needed for single family flip 1st position

I have a deal that has a balloon mortgage coming up soon. Please let me know if you or anyone you know would be interested in funding a refinance. I am half way done with the rehab and can finish fairly quickly. Details are below. 

Address: 5613 S Meade, Chicago IL 60638 (good area near Midway Airport)

Seeking 190k (lender will receive 1st lien position)

Estimated time to complete rehab: 7 weeks

Estimated resale price: $310,000 - $320,000

Work completed: rough plumbing, rough electric, HVAC, framing, drywall/mud/taping, primed

I am interested in paying 12% annually for 6 months. Please let me know if you are interested in chatting.
