hi, 

I am looking for a lender who does a no doc loan, stated, etc, alternative...

I am high credit, no debt, cash reserves, 600K equity, hv rentals...

issue: income on paper....

purchase target: 130k, cosmetic 25k, arv 190k+, 3/2, sfh, NE fl,  Jax Florida, south burbs counties..

no deal under contract right now..

I want to know your terms, numbers, how the math plays out, whats needed out of pocket...

My goal is to know the math, and approval letter, house hack...

(p.s,, Ill be licensed RE soon for buyers,, lets get to know each other ..for rehab flips too)

pss, i have a st augustine fl 3//2 prop renting longterm..80% paid off, i've never done a refi, but can consider....if i pull money out i feel ill be even..i dont want to sell it just yet...
