Looking for a private money investor for Single Family Home in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma area.   Looking for roughly $250K. This home would list for over $400K.  Alot of equity.  Husband and I are in the Real Estate and Property Management Business.  I am happy to supply more information to anyone interested.  Thank you!
