Looking for Detroit investment properties..I have them

I have rehabbed this home and it is rent ready. 55k is bottom line and it can be split in to a duplex and easily make you 1400 per month. Taxes are $1633 per year. There are no abandoned homes near it and it is on a really nice street. Warranty deed. No back taxes or water bill.
