Need Refi for Duplex in St. Cloud MN

Hi BP,

I am looking for a lender to refinance a duplex that I am rehabbing right now. Looking for a 20yr fixed loan in the 75%-85% LTV. Please let me know if you have any to refer that would lend based on the property performance. Thanks.
