Hedge Fund Looking for Properties
I'm reaching out to the community here on BP in hopes to find wholesale contacts, or investors that work in Dallas-Fort Worth and in Houston. Our brokerage is currently representing Hedge Funds that are looking to buy and hold 1980 and newer SFR properties. Our fund is capable of paying 100% of ARV, and we can close in 3 short weeks!
