I am a young professional looking for an (ideally experienced but not required) real estate partner who wishes to explore potential multifamily/commercial investments. Initial capital is modest, $25K, so I am looking for someone who could contribute to the down payment as well. As someone who lives in a very expensive area, I am looking for properties in much less expensive locales such as Jacksonville/Orlando, Cincinnati, Detroit, Memphis or Milwaukee, but I am flexible. I am looking for someone interested in a 50/50 stake.
