Looking for a $26M to $40M deal
I want to be completely clear. I am reaching out to my bigger pockets network on behalf of someone I know who is searching for a deal between $26,000,000 to $40,000,000 for a class A apartment complex, A block of leased condos, or a NNN retail/office deal.
