Looking for a Mentor to help me begin
I've been on this site for awhile and have read a few books but I haven't been in a good situation to invest while being in the military. I get out next week and will be moving to Colorado Springs and I would just like to shadow someone in the whole investing process. I'm not comfortable enough to tackle this without seeing it done first hand. Webinars are helpful (I've watched many) but honestly, they make it look too easy! So I would greatly appreciate someone who is trusting that can maybe coach me through the whole process.

HI Kaylyn. First, thank you for your service. Second, way to think ahead of the transition out. Lastly, with all the tools and resources needed to analyze, help buy, fix and flip or hold real estate I've helped an investor (or two :) make good deals happen.
