We are building our network in the Bend / Sunriver / La Pine markets of Oregon, and looking for investors that may be interested in participating as Joint venture partners, or lender. (loans will be drawn up by licensed broker) Buyers are also welcome.

I work for a company that specializes in financing spec home construction in Central Oregon. We work with many local builders to finance their jobs as well as advise them on where to find lots, on what types of floor plans are in demand, and on where the market is at when it comes time to sell. Although I am relatively new to Tennant Developments I can vouch that its a great company to work with, the reason i love being involved with them is access to their highly experienced team. Being able to go to the in-house Mortgage Lender, in-house property manager, in-house accountant or any of my other mentors at the company for personal RE investing advice has been HUGE for me.

Yes let's talk at the meetup. My son (business partner) will be coming with me too. What I really need to find is people interested in partnering on fix/flips. All of our lenders that financed projects for us before were in CA and don't lend in Oregon nor do they finance fix/flips, so we're starting from scratch n that niche. However; on the loan for new construction, I'd be interested to see what your guys can do.
