WANTED - Eastern Mass SFR for our next rehab!

We're looking for our next rehab project in eastern Massachusetts - preferably within the 495 belt. 

It has to be a clean purchase - not a short sale with time constraints on resale. 

Prefer a SFR but would consider an MFR as well.

Gut rehabs are OK.  Tear downs are not. That's too much to bite off for our second project.
