    Can you tell me what the taxes are on this property? Also, where did you get the rental numbers from out of curiosity? I presume your assumption is it will rent for those amounts after renovations are complete? Finally, are you looking for cash only offers on this property?

    @Hiral Lai  The taxes are $15,281 per year.  The rental numbers come from the market in that area and given the bed bath count of the property.  The property also has a driveway as well.  The 3 bed unit will rent for about $1,700 and the 2 bed unit will rent for about $1,400 once renovated.  That is correct as those numbers will be once the units are renovated.  We do prefer cash offers but will consider financing offers as well.
