Seeking someone that can help me with my REI goals.
Good Morning, for anyone reading this now.
I always seem to have this question of how in the world can i get enough money when i have no money to start REI. Do you think Bird Dogging can help build relationships and provide the funding for closing my first deal?. I personally don't feel all too comfortable Bird Dogging cause they usually will leave you out the deal when it's all set and done, happened to me many times in the past. What I will love to do is some fix & flips instead of that to start securing those large funds for my REI, unfortunately I'm a poor college student working part time on campus haha. Is there anything i can do in the real estate community for someone that can bring in the proper funds to land my first deal. I tried HML, they wont lend to me apparently i need at least 3 properties under my belt. Even if i can shadow someone on there current projects will be a great learning experience for me as well. What can i do for anyone to secure a feasible amount of money to get the ball rolling??
