I'm in search of a turnkey multi-family (duplex, triplex, or fourpkex) that can be delivered with at least one unit vacant. No rent control is ideal and must be eligible for pre-approved and secured (underwritten) FHA financing for maximum amounts.

Ideal locations are Santa Monica, Culver City, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Mid City, Mar Vista, Inglewood, and surrounding areas.
