My wife and I are seeking a 3- to 4-unit multifamily property in or near Manchester, New Hampshire. Our target range is up to $350K. We plan to finance the purchase with a VA loan and have already been pre-approved.

We are also selling our current SFR. The above isn't contingent upon the sale of the house, but we are interested in putting the proceeds towards a Manchester-area smaller, commercial apartment building.
