I am interested in buying a couple of properties in Buffalo NY (Grand Island). One of them is a duplex for conventional rental income and the other is a 4bd cabin on the lake more as short term rental property. I wanted to work with an expert realtor in Buffalo to close a deal. I need a property manager to take care of these properties.
Anyone experienced in recent purchases or owning short term/long term rentals in Buffalo NY area please share your experience!
Western New York is a great place to invest right now. Buffalo especially as it is appreciating and rents are increasing. I've purchased 6 duplexes since September 2016 for a very reasonable price. I have recommendations for an experienced realtor, if you'd like to send me a private message and I'll share some information. I have not had great experience with Property Management so far. We've been managing our own properties again while testing the waters with other companies. If you come across one, please share it with me!
