Not sure if I even need to address this as we've already been in contact for a while, but here is my blanket response to this for all forums:

Thank you for the interest. I encourage everyone to actually use the Bigger Pockets rental calculators as they are by far the most detailed. There are many publicly available calculators that advertising agents may choose to use, but I ask that everyone I work with use the BP calculators which can be found here: BP Calc. It is a great resource for investors. As regards to our company, I encourage you to use your own best judgement. Please take a look at our many satisfied client Reviews.
