Hey BP,

I am looking for a someone with land development experience to partner on a land deal.  I thought it was worth checking on BP before I go to my "usual suspects" for partners.

Details: 2.5 acre parcel under contract in West Valley, Utah. Contingent on subdivision approval by the city.  Hired an engineer and are currently going through the process of rezoning and subdividing the property.  The rezoning was approved but we are still waiting for the subdivision to be approved by the city.  Apparently rezoning and subdivision can not be approved simultaneously. Still in the process of determining the most profitable use of the land but are open to everything from selling vacant lots with utilities stubbed to putting houses on each lot.

If this sounds like a project that you would be interested in please contact me for more details.

Thanks!

Andy
