This area of Rialto is very hot right now as you can see by the low active rate in the area. This home has a great floor plan to work with, no need to reconfigure anything. Also with a bathroom in VERY decent condition and good looking tile floor. Even though the pool has recently been drained, the pool seems to be in good condition with no major issues that we can see. With all that being said and the purchase price being under 290k makes this project a sure winner in our eyes. Please let me know if you are able to come out and take a look on Thursday.
