Lumberton NC property was hit by Hurricane it has been gutted and clean out by a non profit church and family and friends.

Info A trusted realtor who owns property in Sunset Heights, told me Future Buyer could ask between $600 and $700 for rent. We have someone who wants to rent it out when property is back up we can connect Future Buyer with renter. A lot of Folks in Lumberton NC are renting since housing is limited do to the Hurricane.
It's just needs the following repairs below.
