Looking for opportunity to get some experience in REI and learn through taking action, so we can help each other and grow together. Taking action is one thing, but with experience comes knowing which action is correct and most efficient. So by helping you reach your goals, I'm hoping to learn as I go.
Located in the Houston, TX area, I have a technical background and would like to expand my portfolio of knowledge and skills. After reading on the niches and strategies, I am most interested in wholesaling and renting small multi-family units.
I'm organized and self motivated, and I can grasp desired goals by asking the right questions and determine the necessary plan accordingly. Most importantly - I execute the plan. I'm also a great communicator, and strive and search for efficiency when performing, completing, and reporting tasks and goals required to bring success.
