Northern Atlanta Real Estate Meet Up/Mastermind.

Hey BP Community!

After being a two-time guest on the BP Podcast I have had quite a few people reach out to meet up, talk real estate, learn, share and help each other grow our businesses. 

This got me thinking, What better to do all this for the betterment of everyone than to bring all these driven experienced and new real estate investors all together so all of us can meet, share, learn and grow. 

We have all been to the sales pitch heavy environments at the REIAs around.  I am looking to build a quality alternative where no one is selling you anything. We would meet up exchange value, share stories and make friends all while holding each other accountable to our individual goals. 

I am happy to coordinate this entire meet up. I have already started to put together a large list of interested people to join the group. My one hurdle is I need a venue. I thought I had the perfect spot set up, but it recently fell through. Because I recently moved to the area to expand our company I don't have as many connections as I need to find a quality venue. This is why I am reaching out to all the local BP community for your help. 

I am looking for a room that will hold 30+ people on the last Tuesday of each month from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm (starting Jan 31st). Because I am adamant about the meet up not costing money to attendees I am looking for a venue that is also free. Although I am somewhat flexible on location I am looking for something accessible to the majority of people so the ideal location would be in the Kennesaw, Marietta or even the northern top of I-285. to allow the people north to come south and the people in ATL to come north. I am reaching out to you all to find an unused community room, large conference room, Church, school, Anything we could set up some chairs and hang out in. I am strongly avoiding restaurants unless it has a private room because of the noise level it makes it difficult to have a conversation in large groups at most restaurants. 

Is there anyone is the Kennesaw, Marrietta, Smyrna, Vinings, Mableton, Cobb County, Northern Atlanta areas have any connections or know someone who may have a great spot for us to get started in?
