Recently I secured several cash buyers and a couple of sponsors in the Non Performing arena and REO REI, in both SFR and Commercial assets.

I already have a few portfolios that I can present, however, the numbers are too tight,too many people on sellers side.... 

I am absolutely direct to my side of the table and preferably want to be absolutely direct to seller or the contract holder (JV), lead broker, or bank disposition manager....

I have found that an acquisition manager that doubles as a disposition manager finds it hard to dispose of things when acquisitions are also on the table.... Sort of a numbers conflict, apparently for some reason or another, when it comes to active +'s and -'s some can't take off one hat wear it and put the other hat down.

Note deals of $100M PP are doable by my cash buyers.  My sponsors are suggesting anything that makes sense.

So, as a wholesaler stuck between a rock and a hard place I thought I'd bring this opportunity here to BP.

In either case an LOI can be generated by me or the cash buyers.

Those who are familiar with notes and REO's should categorically know the sought after spread.
