Good Morning 

I am working with one of my clients who has 3 notes for sale. Very motivated but not desperate to sell... The homes are currently occupied and there is positive cash flow on the properties. The properties are in KAnsas City MO.

Let me know if you are interested.

We would like to have them sold before the end of the year.
