We Need a Property management company (Detroit, MI)?

Question

Hello Friends,

I am looking for great multifamily property management companies in the Detroit, Michigan area that have a lot of experience with section 8 housing.

Do you know any companies that can manage a 21 unit multifamily property for me that was previously section 8 standard managed?

IPS Realty is a top notch Section 8 experienced property management company located in Detroit and serving Detroit exclusively.

I am biased, as it is my company, but it really is the best property management for residential income property in Detroit.

Nothing bad to say about Castle, a young enthusiastic techy start up, but they are not full service.

There are 101+ companies that you can go wrong with. Detroit is the wild wild west of property management.

Choose wisely. Good luck.

Hi Brent

I saw your property management response since my investment team is looking for a property management company. The URL for the company web site is not working. What is the current status of company or do you have a better business url. Please advise. Thanks
