Looking for Investors in Santa Cruz/Monterey Counties, CA
Hi, I have been working as a property manager for several years for an owner who has more than 180 units. I handle all aspects of the business including remodeling spaces and re-renting them for significantly more money. I am a realtor and my husband is a builder & cabinet maker who is highly skilled and fast. I want to duplicate my bosses business by buying, fixing and renting properties with an occasional flip if situation warrants, but I'm highly motivated by the rental markets. I am looking for an investor to fund the properties, we will do all the work, and then all share in the rewards. Over the summer we remodeled 2 duplex units and increased rents by $1100/mo. without spending a ton on remodeling. I filled the units with great new tenants even before remodels were close to complete. I have a great property that I can purchase now on the Westside Santa Cruz with an investor! I really hope I can find a great investor on BiggerPockets. Thanks! Cathy
