- Minimum $50,000 - Maximum $750,000
- Standard terms are 6 - 12 Months, that can be extended if both parties agree, and no pre-payment penalties.
- Minimum of 6 Months of simple interest guaranteed to lender to be paid.
- Interest Payments will be disbursed at the beginning of each and every month upon the acceptance of funds.
- Funds are to be repaid in full upon the resale of each property including any interest that is due as well.
- A signed personal guarantee to be provided for each deal.
- Agreement is to be between the lender and NXT Level Properties, LLC only.
- Monthly statements available.
