New REI club forming in Manteca CA

I am starting a free REI club in Manteca CA. We have many investors in the Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy, Ripon, Stockton, Modesto area with no local REI group that I know of. This will be a free group with an emphasis on helping each other avoid mistakes and teaming up on deals. Our first meeting is Wen Oct 5th, 7pm to 8pm. The agenda for this first meeting will be: introductions, find out what everyone is looking for in an REI group and networking. I will be providing food. Contact me for details.
