We are a small, family owned General Contractor based in northern Indianapolis, Indiana area.  Our customers are located all over the country.  We perform property flips (mostly our own purchases) and provide Rent Ready properties for our customers per their needs. Customers receive a warranty covering our material & workmanship. This is not a cliche, our Integrity & Quality are not negotiable. Customers receive a premium product at a fair price.  Pricing is based on the "Good, Better, Best" concept, again based on the customers requests.  Another difference with Gabbe Inc is that the estimate we provide is the price the customer pays.  We invest significant time in providing an ACCURATE, RELIABLE estimate. Now, there are hidden things, BUT we DO NOT perform any additional chargeable work without our customer's understanding & APPROVAL.  The unforseen item is backed up with picture & pricing documentation before we move forward.
