This home is going on the market soon but sellers would love to sell it off market.  It has been well taken care of but need some improvements.  Has tremendous upside as it is in the South Pasadena school district.  Please DM for more details.

Hi Scott are you wholesaling this or representing the seller? Any idea what the ARV would be? Do you have a CMA?
