 I would like to find a mentor/(s) that can assist me in better understanding and implementing a successful Wholesailing portfolio with no and low money down. 

I am a U.S. Navy Veteran with access to my VA Home loan I would like to purchase a space that's residential and commercial zoned to live in and work.
