Selling my Rental (San Antonio West Side)

This is a great rent house on the west side of San Antonio (off Culebra Road, not far from St. Mary's University).  It's currently rented for $700 on a month-to-month lease agreement.  Truly outstanding tenants!

The tenant is currently occupying 2 bedrooms, but there is also a third bedroom (that was added on a few years ago) that can easily be finished out (basically just taped and floated), and then rented out as well.

Wanted to give Bigger Pockets folks first dibs on this before I list this on MLS.

Fridge, stove, and 3 window units convey.

Cash buyers only.

Property is currently occupied - please do NOT disturb tenants.  However, if you are interested, or have any questions please let me know.
