Looking for a mentor in Jacksonville Fl

I'm new to real estate, but I have years of experience in rehab. I'm a full time firefighter, so I have time to commit to this. I'm looking for someone to teach me in exchange, I can do some of the work on a flip, or anything else that needs doing. I am learning as much as I can here, but I need someone to mentor me. I know I will make this work, as I'm not going to stop until I do. I have joined the local REIM, and I'm hoping to meet some new people there as well.
