Hi Everyone,

I am part of a newly formed investment group that is based in West Palm Beach.  We are looking for off-Market Multifamily properties with potential for Value Add.  We want to concentrate on in the highlighted areas shown on the maps attached hereto via Dropbox Links.  We would like to concentrate on 10+ unit properties and above.
