New fix and flip in Moore Oklahoma! This property is in a great neighborhood and the is $115,408. The garage has some minor fire damage and there's a pool in the back yard that should be filled in.

The property will need a complete renovation to justify the resell value of $115,000 shown in these comps -->

This is a great property to fix and flip for a nice profit and if you find the buyer we'll pay you $2,000!!

I do think you are over priced.  I don't $30,000 is the correct estimate for an extensive rehab.

Time will tell the story; we all have opinions, you may be right....just sharing my 2 cents.
