Any Columbus, Ohio apartment buyers?
Are there any buyers of apartment complexes in Columbus, Ohio on here? I am aware of a seller who is selling 2 complexes, one is approximately 70 units and the other is approximately 40 units. One is in the Bexley area and the other is just south of that in the Glenbrook area near Eastland Mall.
The properties are not listed anywhere for sale, I have worked directly with the sellers in the past and I know they are in need of cash. I am direct to the seller with no one else in between. Prefer to deal with buyers directly, this isn't a deal to be mass marketed. I am in the process now of gathering financials and asking price, just wanted to find potential buyers ahead of time.
