Good Morning!  I am a new member of BP and so far have gained a wealth of knowledge.  Its honestly a bit overwhelming but I am making my way through.  I have a rental property already that I basically obtain by default.  I had purchased a home and then was given my family home so I was trying to sell the property I had purchased when a co-worker was looking for a rent.  At the time, my stress level was high and I wanted the property to pay for itself, so basically the property is paying for itself only.  HOWEVER, she has indicated that she would like to purchase the property in the future, so this could turn out ok.

Wholesaling- this is an area that interests me as I currently work a full time J.O.B and have a side business so time is a rare commodity.   I am also looking at flipping and buy and hold, but an area I am not at all familiar with is Wholesaling which I am feeling is a good place to start as well.

Thank you all for any insight!
