Clinton, Iowa Lead--Wanting to Pass Lead Off
I have been contacted by a motivated seller and would like to pass this lead off to another investor. I get leads from my website (northiowapropertysolutions.com) and they are too far from my area.
I'm looking for a 1K finders fee from the person that ends up buying this home. The price you would pay for the property is depending on the price you are able to negotiate. I know the sellers are motivated.
